Essentially, there are three different e-commerce solutions:

Basic credit card capture

This is the easiest, quickest and most cost-effective solution for capturing orders online. All you need to do is select one of our special ecommerce enabled Web Forms when you set up your campaign. Our Template Gallery contains dozens of such forms to choose from, which may be customized according to your campaign’s creative specs. Dropping one of these special forms on your Landing Page gives visitors the ability to enter their billing information in a secure and confidential manner. The Shopping Cart Form includes special JavaScript validation to ensure the credit card number is in the proper format and the expiration date is in the future.

To process the orders using this methodology, the customer may view or download the order information through the secure (encrypted) and password-protected web-based Reporting Dashboard. Again, a big reason we are able to offer this solution in the first place is the fact that all Landing Pages created with Easypurl are secure (HTTPS vs HTTP) and encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption. As such, you can be sure that all order data is safe and secure. This is usually the best way to go for a test, as it may be activated quickly and at no additional cost.

Integration to merchant bank account via payment gateway

This solution enables Easypurl to integrate your Landing Page’s shopping cart form to your merchant bank account via a payment gateway to facilitate real-time debiting of funds. We support Authorize.net as a payment gateway option. Authorize.net is the leading provider of payment gateway services worldwide. To activate this service, the merchant must connect their merchant account with Authorize.net (Authorize.net has relationships with all major banks), and provide Easypurl the account transaction key. There is an additional fee to add this service to a campaign, which covers the integration, testing and quality assurance. We also offer a similar integration with PayPal.

Integration with 3rd-party or legacy order processing system

This approach enables transmission of ecommerce order data to a 3rd-party or legacy order processing system / infrastructure for processing. There are many ways for this to be accomplished, and as such each integration is handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the systems being used, technology required, campaign workflow, etc. Popular approaches include automated daily or weekly file dump to a secure FTP location, or real-time transmission of order data via Web-Services (XML feed, for example).
